We want you to be happy with Aether Track Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
  • Reply to your Paddle order confirmation email and request a refund, or
  • Email us at loaftechnologies@proton.me and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Renewals

Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. If a renewal charge was made and you no longer want the subscription, contact us within 30 days of that renewal and we will work with Paddle to refund it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we are happy to resolve refund requests directly and faster.
